Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed/SaaS environments; deploy and manage OneAgent; configure monitoring for web apps, microservices, APIs, databases, middleware, and cloud platforms; set up custom services, dashboards, and alerts; analyze performance using PurePath, Smartscape, and Davis; perform root cause analysis; configure alerting and integrate with ITSM tools; provide L2/L3 support; utilize Dynatrace APIs for automation and support CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
Dynatrace Configuration & Implementation; experience with Dynatrace Managed/SaaS; OneAgent deployment; monitoring of web applications, microservices, APIs, databases, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP); alerting and incident support; ITSM integration (ServiceNow, Jira); L2/L3 support; automation using Dynatrace APIs; CI/CD integration.
Investigate and respond to complex Level 2 security incidents using advanced EDR and forensics tools. Collaborate with teams to contain threats and improve incident response processes.
Incident Response Analyst responsible for triaging cybersecurity incidents and managing responses. Collaborating with security teams and providing updates for internal and external stakeholders.
