Responsibilities
As a Major Incident Officer, you will lead P1/P2 major incident bridges, coordinating 100+ participants including senior technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to restore service as quickly and safely as possible while maintaining control, clarity, and communication under pressure.
Requirements
5+ years in Major Incident Management / Incident Command / IT Operations leadership; proven experience leading P1/P2 incident bridges end-to-end; experience in large enterprise environments; ability to coordinate multiple technical teams across geographies; strong executive presence; ability to remain calm, structured, and decisive under pressure; experience managing large incident calls with 100+ participants; high-level understanding of enterprise IT environments.
Investigate and respond to complex Level 2 security incidents using advanced EDR and forensics tools. Collaborate with teams to contain threats and improve incident response processes.
Incident Response Analyst responsible for triaging cybersecurity incidents and managing responses. Collaborating with security teams and providing updates for internal and external stakeholders.
