About the role

  • Lead incident response & IT operations team in large-scale environment. Hybrid role with contract-to-permanent path.

Responsibilities

  • Step into a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a large-scale IT environment! You'll lead incident response across multi-department systems, including stores, eCommerce, and supply chain operations. Be the calm, decisive leader during critical incidents, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of IT operations. What You'll Do: Lead a team of 7–10 incident response & IT operations professionals Own incident response strategy, escalation, and post-incident analysis Drive change management, governance, and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, infrastructure, and business units Report on incident metrics and KPIs to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Who You Are: 7+ years in incident management, IT operations, or IT service management Strong leadership experience, managing mid-sized teams Retail or large enterprise experience preferred (store + eComm + supply chain) Skilled in ServiceNow, ITSM frameworks, Windows Server / Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Calm under pressure, decisive, proactive, and excellent communicator
