- Hiring a Network Engineer/Analyst for a top 10 global law firm in Toronto. 6-month contract, up to $80/hr, requiring Cisco, security, and wireless skills.
Responsibilities
- The Network Engineer/Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the network infrastructure of a top 10 global law firm. This includes working with Cisco routing and switching, Nexus 9K, Catalyst switches, L2/L3 protocols, security edge devices, and wireless solutions. The role requires a strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to work on enterprise-scale networks.
Requirements
- Must have: Networking - Cisco Routing & Switching (Enterprise scale), Cisco Nexus 9K (strong), Catalyst 9300/9500, L2/L3 networking protocols & concepts, VLANs/PVLANs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, vPC, VDC, FabricPath, FEX, TCP/IP, VPNs, SD-WAN, strong troubleshooting mindset. Security/Edge - Firewalls (Checkpoint preferred), NAT, firewall policies, SD-WAN (Versa preferred). Wireless - Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass (NAC).
