- Hiring a Product Owner/Product Manager for a banking client in Downtown Toronto (hybrid). 1-year contract, requires 3+ years of product experience and squad lead background.
Responsibilities
- As a Product Owner/Product Manager, you will own day-to-day squad coordination while driving cross-squad prioritization, strategy, and dependency management. You will lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Payments, or Credit Cards. Previous experience as a Squad Lead, owning day-to-day squad coordination while driving cross-squad prioritization, strategy, and dependency management. Recent experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
