- Hiring: QA Automation Manager | GTA, ON | Hybrid I’m currently seeking a QA Automation Manager for a leading Canadian Insurance company in the Greater Toronto Area. Location: GTA, Ontario Work Model: Hybrid Industry: Insurance Leadership Opportunity Key Requirements: • 8+ years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation • 5+ years of experience in application testing, automation strategy, performance testing, and test environment management • 2+ years of people leadership, project management, and delivery experience within the insurance industry • Hands-on experience with both functional and non-functional testing, including performance, load, and resiliency testing If you’re a QA leader passionate about driving automation excellence, leading high-performing teams, and shaping quality engineering practices within a complex enterprise environment, I’d love to connect.
