Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC architecture covering Retail Commercial Banking Wealth Management Insurance Life PC. Define data models integration patterns security models and scalability strategies. Lead solution architecture reviews technical design sessions and governance forums. Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. Salesforce FSC Platform Leadership: Own configuration and customization of Financial Accounts, Relationships, Household Model, Actionable Relationship Center (ARC), Interaction Summaries, and Life Events. Define best practices for Flows, Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Declarative vs programmatic design decisions. Guide FSC upgrades, new feature adoption, and roadmap planning. Integration Enterprise Architecture: Design and oversee integrations with Core Banking Systems, Policy Admin Systems, Data Warehouses, CRM, ERP using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft or middleware. Ensure data consistency, transaction integrity, and performance.
