Responsibilities

  • We are hiring an SAP HCM Consultant or Analyst for a hybrid role in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. The position requires 3+ years of technical experience with SAP HCM payroll and reporting, year-end processes (e.g., tax forms), and intermediate to advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables). Nice-to-have skills include previous payroll or HR function experience, knowledge of banking policies, organizational structure, payroll processes, and PCP or CPM designation.

Requirements

  • Must have: 3+ years technical experience with SAP HCM payroll and reporting, experience with year-end processes (i.e. tax forms), intermediate to advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables). Nice-to-have: previous experience within a payroll or HR function, deep understanding of banking policies and procedures, strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity, strong knowledge of payroll policies, processes and practices, PCP or CPM designation or in progress, experience with transaction processing and data management.
