About the role

  • Hiring SAP OTC Consultant – Remote, Canada. Requires strong SAP OTC and SD experience.

Responsibilities

  • The SAP OTC Consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP OTC workflows, integrations, and business process optimization initiatives. This includes working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, and supporting implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD modules; hands-on experience with sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processing, and customer master data; strong understanding of OTC business processes including order management, invoicing, credit management, and returns processing; experience configuring and supporting SAP OTC workflows, integrations, and business process optimization initiatives; experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams; experience with SAP S/4HANA environments, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities is preferred; experience supporting implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation projects; strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
