About the role
- Hiring for SAP S4 Financials role requiring 15+ years SAP Finance experience, S4 HANA implementation, team leadership, and strong FICO configuration knowledge. 100% remote position based in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- The individual will closely work with our onsite Lead and participate in solution design, development, configuration, data migration and testing phases. Responsibilities include SAP S4 Financials implementation, data migration, configuration for core FICO areas (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, Banking and Interface), team leadership with 15+ team members, designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems, global rollouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 15 years of SAP Finance Experience (preferably S4 HANA Finance or S4 HANA Cloud). S4 HANA Finance implementation experience – At least ONE Implementation and Data Migration. Strong SAP configuration knowledge and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, Banking and Interface. Must have team leadership experience with 15+ team members. Strong knowledge in designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems: Concur, Workday, Safeguard etc. Global rollouts experience. Confident and client facing personality with excellent analytical and communication skills. Excellent communication, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in SNOW, CHARM, HP ALM. Coordinate with technical team to discuss the customer solution. Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
