About the role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA MM AMS support for procurement and inventory, providing production support and process enhancements. Collaborate with teams and mentor juniors.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA MM AMS support for Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing, and Service Procurement. Provide production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and service request resolution. Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, RFQ, PO, Contracts, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification. Manage inventory processes including stock movements, physical inventory, cycle counting, reservations, and material master. Analyze business requirements and support configuration, testing, deployments, and process enhancements. Troubleshoot integrations with SAP FI/CO, SD, PM, EWM/WM, and external procurement platforms. Support interfaces, IDocs, APIs, batch jobs, output management, and system health monitoring. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve business-critical issues. Participate in ticket triage, backlog management, release validation, cutover, and post-go-live support. Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to ITIL-based support processes.
Requirements
