About the role
- We're hiring an SAP Technical Lead to drive enterprise SAP initiatives, lead technical teams, and manage complex projects in Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP technical delivery across multiple projects and agile sprints; drive sprint planning, execution, and requirement tracking; manage incident, problem, and change management activities; identify and mitigate project risks; collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Business stakeholders; provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality SAP solution delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SAP Technical Lead in enterprise environments; expertise in Agile methodologies and sprint execution; experience with requirement management, incident handling, and change management; excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills; strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
