About the role
- Seeking a Vistex Support Analyst for remote contract role in Canada. Must have 8+ years experience with Vistex modules including pricing, rebates, and chargebacks.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royalties. Troubleshoot and resolve Vistex-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolution. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex modules. Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Vistex processes. Document issues, resolutions, and process changes for knowledge base management. Coordinate with Vistex vendor support when required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Vistex support or implementation. Strong knowledge of Vistex modules — IP (Incentives & Paybacks), Pricing, Chargebacks, and Rebates. Experience with SAP SD, MM, or FI integration with Vistex. Good understanding of SAP configuration and master data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
