As a Scrum Master, you will be a pivotal leader in our Agile environment. Requirements
Required Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. ● A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile setting. ● Profound understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. ● Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, eliminate roadblocks, and cultivate high-performing teams.
