About the role
- Experienced Scrum Master needed for Government of Alberta's digital transformation initiatives. Lead agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive delivery in a primarily remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams on Agile principles, policies, and procedures. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and refinements. Coach teams and Product Owners on backlog management, sprint commitments, and release planning. Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress, etc.). Support user research, usability testing, and digital service delivery initiatives. Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
