5+ years Public Sector / Healthcare experience. Experience with EMR, HIS, Long-Term Care systems, OHRS. Strong expertise in: Business & process modeling, Use cases & data flow diagrams, Business rules & non-functional requirements. Exposure to cloud-based solutions. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
