About the role
- Senior Business Analyst for Ontario Public Sector healthcare projects. Onsite contract in Toronto requiring 5+ years public sector/healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across all project phases. Perform business, process, use case, and data modeling. Document business & technical requirements clearly. Support data migration from legacy to provincial systems. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and defect resolution. Liaise with business stakeholders, vendors, dev & QA teams. Present complex information to technical & non-technical audiences. Develop user documentation and training materials. Support QA, UAT, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years Public Sector / Healthcare experience. Experience with EMR, HIS, Long-Term Care systems, OHRS. Strong expertise in: Business & process modeling, Use cases & data flow diagrams, Business rules & non-functional requirements. Exposure to cloud-based solutions. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
