Responsibilities
- What You’ll Be Doing: Business Analysis & Requirements: Capture current-state processes, pain points, and regional nuances. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications. Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. Operating Model & Process Design: Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize processes. Develop process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams. Perform gap analysis to drive future-state improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison across global teams, vendors, and technology partners. Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums. Project Delivery & Change Support: Support roadmap planning, milestones, and dependencies. Assist in pilot launches, implementation, and optimization. Contribute to change management (training, communications, adoption).
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Institutions. Bilingual (Spanish + English) – strong communication is key. Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence. Proven ability to gather requirements and work closely with tech teams. Nice to Have: Experience working with global/distributed teams. Exposure to mutual funds or investment products.
