About the role
- Senior Full-Stack Developer role at a real estate tech startup. Own the full development lifecycle, build with Python/React/TypeScript/AWS, and shape core technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full development lifecycle – from architecture to production. Design and build innovative solutions. Influence key technical decisions that drive the product. Provide passive mentorship to junior engineers. Be a key player in shaping a fast-growing startup.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Startup or early-stage experience (zero-to-one delivery is a huge plus!). Expertise in Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), React, TypeScript, and Postgres. Strong systems thinking – caching, async behavior, race conditions, etc. A passion for shipping code to production with a high degree of autonomy. Hybrid role – 3 days/week in the office in Toronto (non-negotiable).
