Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Startup or early-stage experience (zero-to-one delivery is a huge plus!). Expertise in Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), React, TypeScript, and Postgres. Strong systems thinking – caching, async behavior, race conditions, etc. A passion for shipping code to production with a high degree of autonomy. Hybrid role – 3 days/week in the office in Toronto (non-negotiable).
