About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer needed for a Toronto SaaS company building an AI-first product. You'll own features end-to-end and help improve AI reasoning and production reliability.
Responsibilities
- This is a newly created role where you’ll join early, work directly with engineering leadership, and help shape the next generation of an AI-powered platform. You’ll own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to production, observability, and continuous iteration based on customer feedback. You’ll also help improve AI reasoning, conversation quality, evaluation frameworks, and production reliability while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience; strong Node.js, TypeScript & JavaScript fundamentals; full-stack experience (Angular or React on the frontend); AWS, MongoDB, APIs, distributed systems, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.); experience building AI-powered product features using LLMs (RAG, agents, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, etc.). Priority given to engineers with true 0→1 product-building experience.
