About the role

  • Senior Help Desk Analyst providing front-line application support for public-facing systems. Remote contract role troubleshooting issues, managing access, and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line application support for public-facing department systems. Support external stakeholders by troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, coordinating with business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple applications.

Requirements

  • Must have: 4+ years of experience in Application Help Desk support. Strong background in user identity verification & account management. Experience with Help Desk software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (2005+) preferred. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent. Eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance required.
