Responsibilities
Lead enterprise AI and customer experience transformation initiatives, including designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, conversational AI, AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent virtual assistants. Modernize IVR, self-service platforms, and customer engagement solutions.
Requirements
10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design & Software Delivery; 4+ years in Enterprise AI/ML Solution Design & Implementation; experience with Conversational AI, AI Agents, Chatbots, Intelligent Virtual Assistants & Conversational IVR; AI-enabled Contact Center solutions (Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, Cisco Contact Center, NICE CXone); Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Google Vertex AI; Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Guardrails & AI Governance; AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python/Java/JavaScript; public sector/government experience preferred.
