- Senior Java Developer needed for a 6-month hybrid contract in Toronto, building backend services and APIs using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Responsibilities
- Looking for a Java Developer with strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to build and maintain backend services and APIs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining REST APIs using Spring Boot, designing and implementing microservices architecture, writing clean and efficient code, participating in SDLC, prioritizing tasks, and debugging existing applications.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+), experience with Spring Boot, good understanding of Microservices architecture, experience in building RESTful APIs, knowledge of Spring Batch (preferred), basic understanding of databases (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL), familiarity with Git version control.
