About the role

  • Accenture Song seeks a Senior Product Owner to lead complex workstreams, shape digital product strategy, and manage product roadmaps. Role includes client management, business development, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Leads sprint backlog readiness and planning across larger, more complex workstreams. Provides input to product vision and roadmap, defines digital product strategy, crafts business cases, and formulates product roadmaps. Manages client interactions, coaches others, leads workshops, and supports business development. Mentors junior teammates and contributes to an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management and delivery experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with proven ability to create, manage, and deliver a successful product roadmap. Experience crafting a quantitative business case. High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated use of AI tools on substantive product work. English required. Must be eligible to obtain Reliability Security clearance. Bonus: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, client-facing responsibility, people leadership, coaching, training, experience guiding AI use, analytical and strategic decision-making, product planning and prioritization, ability to partner with clients, extensive knowledge of product delivery models, proficiency in JIRA, Rally, Version One, exceptional communication, experience in SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Agile certification.
