About the role
- Senior Software Developer needed for long-term onsite role with Ontario government, specializing in PeopleSoft HCM development and administration.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for PeopleSoft HCM Development and Administration, including hands-on work with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher. The role involves working with PeopleSoft HCM Modules such as Absence Management, Time & Labour, Benefits, and Payroll, as well as Fluid UI Development, Oracle Database Management, and supporting testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Requirements
- Must-have skills include strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Development and Administration, hands-on experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and experience with PeopleSoft HCM Modules (Absence Management, Time & Labour, Benefits, Payroll). Also requires knowledge of PeopleSoft Security & Workflow, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Data Mover, and Fluid UI Development. Additional skills include Oracle Database Management, testing experience, and Linux Scripting is a plus.
