About the role
- Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst needed for equities middle office and post-trade activities, bridging business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze complex requirements for equities middle office and post-trade activities. Facilitate solution design discussions, build stakeholder relationships, lead requirement workshops, prepare and validate solution documentation, support end-to-end project delivery, provide guidance to technical teams, maintain communication channels, and engage in all project lifecycle phases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within a large enterprise environment. Proven track record managing full project lifecycles in Agile methodologies. Advanced SQL skills with strong understanding of database design, data structures, and API/data integration. Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.
