About the role
- Senior UX Designer contract in Toronto, ON. 5+ years experience, end-to-end UX design, design systems, accessibility, Figma, Agile.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and design for complex digital products/services, including planning and conducting user interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder consultations. Craft personas, user journeys, service blueprints, IA, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Apply design systems and ensure accessibility compliance (AODA/WCAG). Work within Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end UX research and design for complex digital products/services. Proven research expertise. End-to-end design skills. Direct experience with design systems and accessibility compliance. Proficiency with Figma and Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps. Experience with public sector or large-scale digital transformation preferred.
