Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives. Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders. Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories. Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices. Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary. Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices. Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CSA, or Certified Implementation Specialist, CIS. Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
