About the role
- Senior Engineering Specialist for SAP Basis administration at a global insurance company. Permanent full-time role requiring 8+ years experience with cloud SAP landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Basis administration across multiple landscapes with expertise in cloud-based SAP landscapes (Azure preferred) and SAP HANA optimization. Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, identity services (IAS/IPS), S/4HANA, NetWeaver 7.5, ECC 6.0, Solution Manager, SAP PI/PO, SAP Data Services, SAP XSA, Oracle 19c, HANA 2.0, RHEL Linux. Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS engineering, and cloud network technologies. Experience with SAP CALM and SAP ChaRM is an asset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall relevant experience required. Enhanced Reliability Government Clearance required OR eligibility to get one. 6-8 years experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 2 years in a lead or engineering-focused role. Preferred certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA, Agile/Scrum certification (asset). Must have eligibility to live and work in Canada. Not for C2C/C2H/USA based candidates.
