About the role

  • Sr. Network Analyst with 6+ years experience in Zero Trust security, network monitoring tools, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. Hybrid role in Edmonton/Calgary with Alberta travel.

Responsibilities

  • Sr. Network Analyst responsible for deploying and integrating monitoring tools (Splunk, Cisco Secure Analytics, Elastic Stack), securing workloads in hybrid/multi-cloud environments, designing and deploying Zero Trust security models (NIST 800-207) including micro segmentation and identity-based access controls, implementing ZTNA solutions to replace traditional VPNs, and deploying/configuring/managing Cisco Secure Workload.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 6 years' experience with deploying/integrating monitoring tools (Splunk, Cisco Secure Analytics, Elastic Stack). Professional certification focused on Zero Trust principles. 6 years' securing workloads in hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Minimum 5 years' design & deploying Zero Trust security models (NIST 800-207), including micro segmentation, identity-based access controls and least privilege policies across networks & applications. 5 years' experience implementing ZTNA solutions to replace traditional VPNs. 5 years' experience deploying, configuring, and managing Cisco Secure Workload. Preferred candidates have experience with public sector or compliance environments (NIST, DoD, PCI-DSS). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada & willing to hybrid in Edmonton or Calgary, including travel in Alberta.
