Strong experience working with and contributing to a Design System (DSM). Ability to translate complex requirements and research insights into clear, intuitive user experiences. Exceptional interaction design and visual design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking. Solid understanding of UI development principles (e.g., responsive behavior, component models) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
