About the role
- Technical Analyst for healthcare tech initiative using Microsoft 365 to support disaster recovery & data repositories. Remote/hybrid role requiring 5+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain IT disaster recovery & asset management repositories. Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams). Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Conduct audits, data validation, and quality assurance checks. Provide training and technical support to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve repository-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst. Strong Microsoft 365 expertise (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams). Experience building and maintaining structured data repositories. Excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills. M365 certification is an asset.
