- Must-Have: Completion of 4 years of university in computer science, software engineering or a related field; relevant experience in software development and leadership; proven ability to mentor engineers, improve team performance, and drive technical excellence; strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies; experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows; excellent communication and collaboration skills; a period of over 6 years and up to and including 8 years of experience is considered necessary.
