About the role

  • Workday Payroll Technical Analyst needed for hybrid contract role in Toronto. Must have Workday Payroll configuration, UK payroll experience, and integration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Workday Payroll Technical Analyst role involving configuration of earnings, deductions, taxation, pay groups, calendars, retro processing, and designing/supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio). Requires supporting Workday releases, managing change in production, and working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Technology teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting or implementing Workday Payroll preferably including UK Payroll. Strong hands on experience with Workday Payroll configuration. Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio preferred). Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements. Experience supporting Workday releases and managing change in a production environment. Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data validation techniques. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work cross functionally with HR, Finance, and Technology teams. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
