About the role

  • Amazon wholesale FBA sourcing VA researching profitable products, ASINs, and suppliers for global e-commerce clients. Analyzing ROI and managing supplier outreach using Keepa and SellerAmp.

Responsibilities

  • Research profitable Amazon FBA products and ASINs
  • Identify brands, wholesalers, distributors, and potential suppliers
  • Research and verify supplier legitimacy
  • Contact suppliers regarding wholesale account opportunities
  • Assist with opening wholesale accounts and ongoing supplier follow-up
  • Build and maintain an organized supplier pipeline
  • Develop long-term sourcing opportunities rather than one-off leads
  • Analyze products using Keepa, SellerAmp, and available sourcing tools
  • Review sales history, pricing, competition, fees, and profitability
  • Calculate estimated ROI and margins
  • Present qualified opportunities clearly for client review
  • Avoid hazmat, oversized, fragile, and difficult-to-ship products
  • Prioritize practical, profitable products suitable for FBA
  • Conduct professional outreach to brands, distributors, and wholesalers
  • Follow up consistently with potential suppliers
  • Track supplier conversations and open opportunities
  • Assist with gathering pricing, catalogs, terms, and account information
  • Maintain organized sourcing and supplier records
  • Deliver task-specific services according to agreed timelines, guidelines, and written deliverables

Requirements

  • Amazon FBA sourcing experience required
  • Keepa experience strongly preferred
  • SellerAmp or similar sourcing-tool experience strongly preferred
  • Wholesale/supplier sourcing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of ROI, Amazon fees, competition, and profitability
  • European Amazon marketplace experience strongly preferred
  • UAE/Saudi Amazon experience is a plus
  • Strong spreadsheet and research skills
  • Experienced with Amazon wholesale sourcing
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Comfortable evaluating product profitability
  • Persistent and professional with supplier outreach
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and present researched opportunities clearly
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, SellerAmp, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and supplier research tools
  • English preferred for written and spoken communication
  • Availability for 20 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday, during morning hours in France / CEST
  • Must operate under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work as an independent contractor
