About the role
- Technical Lead in QA Engineering at 3Pillar Global managing quality assurance for AI-native products. Leading high-performing teams in financial services, healthcare, media, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Implement and refine quality assurance strategies
- Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks
- Lead the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks
- Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging QA technologies and methodologies
- Provide expert QA guidance in project planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent practical experience considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.
- Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete or equivalent)
- Strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).
- Comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent).
- Advanced project management skills.
- Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies.
