Product Launch Manager driving cross-functional launches for ABC Fitness, a global fitness software provider. Managing readiness, rollout strategy, communications, and adoption across product releases.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end launch management for new products, platform enhancements, and major feature releases
Build and manage launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Partner with Product Management on release scope, customer value, target audience, rollout strategy, and launch requirements
Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Operations, Legal, and other teams
Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
Identify launch risks, gaps, and blockers and drive resolution
Establish roles, responsibilities, and accountability across launch stakeholders
Support launch materials including messaging inputs, internal communications, enablement assets, FAQs, release notes, and customer-facing readiness materials
Partner with enablement and customer-facing teams to prepare internal teams to position, support, and adopt new offerings
Help define rollout approaches including phased launches, pilots, beta programs, and general availability plans
Track launch outcomes and KPIs and facilitate post-launch retrospectives
Develop and maintain launch frameworks, templates, checklists, governance, and best practices
Serve as an operational partner bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to complex initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
6+ years of experience in product launches, go-to-market, product marketing, program management, product operations, or a related function
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS, technology, or fitness/wellness technology environment preferred
Proven track record of leading complex launches involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Strong project and program management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready updates and cross-functional coordination
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt plans as product and business needs evolve
Experience with launch processes, release planning, and change management best practices
Proficiency with Atlassian product suite, specifically Jira and Confluence
Experience in product-led or SaaS go-to-market organizations preferred
Experience supporting launches for platform products, integrations, payments, mobile applications, or member/club management solutions preferred
Familiarity with customer lifecycle considerations including sales enablement, onboarding, support readiness, and adoption measurement preferred
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification is a plus
