About the role
- Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor sourcing and recruiting talent for Acosta Group’s retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies. Managing candidate pipelines, screenings, interviews, offers, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Support various clients across Canada
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers
- Conduct pre-screens and reference checks
- Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an active candidate pool
- Understand candidate profiles and promote Acosta’s brand effectively
- Use Internet search engines and social networking to identify talent
- Create ways to connect with target talent and cold-call prospective candidates
- Post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel
- Participate in client meetings and maintain consistent, professional communication
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal)
- One year of recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient with email and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage urgent requirements, and meet deadlines
- High productivity in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Internet search engines and social networking
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive technology gadgets
- Customer-service minded, goal-oriented, outgoing, and energetic
- Ability to post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel, participate in meetings, and maintain professional client communication in English
