Requirements
10+ years of experience in an agency setting
Deep knowledge of both experiential marketing and large-scale B2B corporate events
A proven track-record of recognized and rewarded work across the industry
A player / coach mentality, someone that can lead, motivate and inspire a team of creatives but also jump in and do the work when needed
Art Direction background preferred but open to Copy: multi-hyphenate storytellers are required
Constantly curious – someone that is always looking for new interesting tools, emerging technologies or cultural revelations
