About the role

  • Art Director developing social-first concepts and visual campaigns for AntiSocial, a digital marketing agency. Collaborating with writers, strategists, producers, and clients to deliver standout work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Develop innovative concepts and social-first ideas meeting client objectives and creative goals
  • Apply art direction and design expertise to craft compelling visual narratives
  • Guide the design process and ensure high creative output
  • Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels
  • Present ideas, moodboards, and concepts to clients
  • Translate client feedback into effective creative solutions
  • Participate hands-on in production, including on set, behind the camera, or in Figma
  • Stay current with design, culture, social media, and technology trends

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in an Art Direction role with considerable design skill
  • Portfolio showcasing strong design, ideation and campaign work
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to bring ideas to life across a range of formats
  • Ability to create and develop compelling concepts for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Confident presenting work internally and to clients
  • Strong verbal and visual communication abilities
  • Experience working with production teams to ensure creative consistency across shoots and final assets
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to inspire designers and partner with copywriters, strategists, and account leads
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and social media best practices
  • Chronically online and tapped into all facets of culture inside and outside social media marketing
  • Resume and online portfolio links requested as part of application
