About the role

Senior Manager owning Acumatica ERP implementation, configuration, integrations, and support for cloud ERP provider Acumatica. Improving internal business systems, processes, stakeholder delivery, and project execution.

Responsibilities

Own the Acumatica ERP system for internal usage
Lead implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of cloud-based ERP systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and configure solutions
Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, security policies, and procedures
Ensure data integrity and manage disaster recovery efforts
Respond to and resolve system issues and inquiries within internal SLAs
Develop and deliver training and documentation for internal stakeholders
Identify and prioritize system improvements
Analyze business processes and develop process improvements and system configurations
Gather and document requirements and develop business cases for enhancements and implementations
Manage multiple implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Report to the Director, IT Business Systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant experience in a related field
3+ years of experience with cloud-based ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP systems, focused on delivery, support, and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in cloud-based ERP configuration, customization, and integration
Strong understanding of business operations and processes
Excellent communication, project management, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience with cloud computing platforms
Experience integrating cloud-based ERP systems with other systems and applications
Experience customizing and developing cloud-based ERP systems
ERP-related certifications such as Acumatica Certified Business Consultant, System Administrator, Application Developer, or NetSuite Certified Professional preferred
