Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and technology professionals
Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence
Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across investment and corporate functions
Support delivery, enhancement, and operational stability of investment-facing business applications
Lead technology teams responsible for day-to-day operations and project execution
Drive prioritization, planning, resource management, and delivery across multiple initiatives
Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, and technology peers to deliver business value
Provide leadership during incident management, issue resolution, and production support
Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and modernization across the investment technology portfolio
Support vendor relationships and external technology partners
Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices
Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, risk requirements, and operational needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
4–5+ years of demonstrated experience in the capital markets or investment management industry
Experience delivering or supporting IT solutions across the investment lifecycle
Experience managing a team, or demonstrated leadership success in an individual-contributor role
Working knowledge of capital markets products, including one or more of OTC Derivatives, Equity Markets, Fixed Income, or Private Markets
Experience delivering technology projects while supporting ongoing production operations and business-critical applications
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
Experience using work management tools such as Azure DevOps
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred: experience in a pension fund, asset management organization, institutional investor, or broader financial services environment
Preferred: experience with Aladdin, eFront, SimCorp, Bloomberg, or similar investment management technologies

Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled technology delivery or automation initiatives
Preferred: experience managing technology vendors and external delivery partners
Preferred: relevant professional certifications in project management, Agile delivery, investment operations, or technology leadership
