About the role

  • Compliance and Systems Analyst focusing on operational support for consumer programs under the Condominium Property Act while ensuring effective legislative compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • The Compliance and Systems Analyst supports the operational, technology, and legislative responsibilities administered by Consumer Programs, including under the Condominium Property Act.
  • Provide program support for processes and projects related to the mandatory education for condominium corporations.
  • Identify and correct registry deficiencies proactively and in response to corporation requests.
  • Verify the accuracy of all condominium corporation records, including unit counts, within the CRS.
  • Act as the primary contact for Registries Modernization and Land Titles regarding condominium registry matters.
  • Track outstanding payments and reissue Tribunal Fee notices for undeliverable mail.
  • Develop processes and policy guidance for approaching corporations about overdue payments and oversee fee collection as needed.
  • Produce financial and operational reports related to fees, payments, and registry statistics.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field plus a minimum of 2 years related experience in land titles, consumer programs, program support, and legal administration/paralegal etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to diverse audiences
  • Experience with forms, deeds, and documentation specific to property and condominium transactions
  • Experience reviewing survey plans, historical records, and legal descriptions for accuracy
  • Proficiency with specialized software such as land title registries, property databases, and electronic filing tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume administrative environments
  • Experience preparing financial reports and performance or operational metrics
