Support clients through the full Dayforce HCM implementation lifecycle, from discovery workshops and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live
Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and client-specific requirements
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, reduce complexity, and support compliance
Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, demonstrations, and working sessions
Support testing, payroll balancing, parallel testing, and cutover activities
Develop and maintain requirements, configuration, testing, and other project documentation
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer
Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues and collaborate with project teams on solutions
Share Dayforce best practices and contribute to consulting-team knowledge sharing
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across multiple workstreams
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience, including strong Dayforce Payroll experience
3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, payroll, or a related field
Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and implementation
Hands-on experience supporting payroll balancing, testing, and cutover activities
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and ability to translate business requirements into Dayforce solutions
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, including ability to lead workshops, build client trust, and explain complex concepts clearly
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment
Experience with SaaS-based HCM platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment with distributed project teams
Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable opportunity becomes available
Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential contract start date
Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables
US and Canada candidates: ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%
Philippines candidates: travel is not required
Valid authorization to work in the respective country
Visa sponsorship is not available
Dayforce certification strongly preferred but not required
