About the role

  • Clinical Project Manager coordinating imaging clinical research projects for Alimentiv, a clinical research organization. Managing sponsors, multidisciplinary teams, protocols, risks, timelines, and regulatory execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary sponsor liaison and advocate throughout clinical research projects
  • Plan, execute, manage, monitor, and complete regional, single-modality, or therapeutic-area clinical research projects
  • Adapt or develop and implement project protocols, operational plans, risk management, resources, tools/materials, documents, and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day activities and performance of a multidisciplinary project team
  • Ensure decisions align with corporate, industry, sponsor, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure project activities comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies
  • Maintain operational, financial, regulatory integrity, and safety
  • Develop or participate in project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits, and third-party vendor selection
  • Manage creation, delivery, maintenance, and disposal of project data, documents, equipment, and tools
  • Prepare investigator updates and project-related reports
  • Assign and monitor interdisciplinary tasks including site monitoring, CRF and database development, data collection, patient safety/adverse-event management, document management, statistical analysis, final report writing, and publications
  • Ensure task completion meets quality, sponsor/client, project, and regulatory expectations
  • Address and resolve sponsor/client queries and issues
  • Plan and execute project meetings
  • Assist with site and patient recruitment strategies and materials
  • Assist with stakeholder training development
  • Provide regular project status and update reports to the sponsor/client

Requirements

  • Minimum of one to three years of related work experience with ongoing training
  • Three-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in (Health) Sciences or Clinical Research
  • Experience within Imaging is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
