About the role

Quality Specialist ensuring quality assurance in application solutions for organizational efficiency. Collaborating across teams to deliver compliant and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

Define, review and implement quality assurance and testing strategies;
Design, write, maintain and execute test plans, scenarios and test cases (functional and non-functional);
Execute manual and/or automated tests covering different levels (functional testing, integration and regression testing, API testing, non-functional testing [performance, resilience, etc.]);
Participate in planning and coordinating testing activities with application/business teams and vendors;
Prepare and coordinate test environments, data and execution contexts;
Track test results, document them, prioritize and follow up on defects;
Contribute to quality risk analysis and provide recommendations;
Participate in quality reviews and follow-up meetings;
Produce reports, status updates and assessments related to deliverable quality;
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and quality assurance practices;
Support teams in defining scopes (user stories, sprints, releases, projects, test plans);
Act as an advisor to teams to strengthen the quality culture and mitigate risks throughout development.

University degree in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience;
4 to 8 years of experience in IT quality assurance, or more depending on seniority level;
Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary and evolving environments;
Rigour, analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;
Good communication and simplification skills;
Collaborative mindset and ability to positively influence stakeholders.
