Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage Salesforce users and licenses, conduct security reviews, and maintain field-level data hygiene

  • Partner with the Director on object-model and taxonomy architecture decisions and own implementation
  • Administer HubSpot, Chili Piper, Propensity, Fathom, RocketLane, CLM/quoting tools, and Salesforce sales-engagement and cadence tooling
  • Maintain clean integrations between marketing and GTM tools and Salesforce
  • Support tool evaluations and pilots, from trial setup through permanent operation
  • Maintain Salesforce syncs, exports, integrations, reports, dashboards, and light data pipelines
  • Diagnose integration issues with the analytics engineer
  • Support the transition to the source-of-truth cloud data-lake reporting system
  • Collaborate with the data/analytics function on schema and warehouse questions without owning deep analytics engineering
  • Use Claude and Claude Code for SFDX metadata changes, bulk data fixes, scripted QA, and automation
  • Scope, test, and review configuration changes before production deployment

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, not required
  • Hands-on, shippable experience with at least one AI coding/automation tool such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
  • Experience administering at least one marketing automation or sales-engagement platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Pardot, or similar
  • Comfortable writing basic SQL for data checks and light scripting for automation
  • Production Salesforce administration experience for real users
  • Knowledge of what is safe to build declaratively and what needs escalation
  • Ability to fix data and configuration problems rather than building reports over them
  • Ability to inherit and prioritize a technical backlog
  • Judgment about whether tools write back to Salesforce cleanly
  • Bonus: exposure to a CPQ/quoting tool, CLM tool, or data warehouse/BI layer

Benefits

  • A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%
  • A group insurance for you and your family
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine
