About the role
- Flight Experience Manager enhancing personalized travel experiences across Canada and internationally for clients. Responsible for pre-trip planning, in-flight service, and post-trip support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and preparation of private aircraft travel.
- Deliver a seamless flight experience to ensure the principals and guests feel safe and comfortable on the aircraft.
- Facilitate a seamless travel experience while guests are on trip.
- Support the passengers while disembarking and complete post flight duties as per the In-Flight Services Manual.
- Assist in organization and execution of ground-based events and parties providing the most elevated lifestyle experience and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experienced in high-end service roles such as fine-dining server, cocktail mixology, or sommelier.
- Detail-oriented and committed to exceeding client expectations.
- Polished and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Private aviation experience is a plus.
