About the role
- Housekeeper/janitor cleaning guest rooms, washrooms, and common areas at Aramark’s Hydro-Québec East James Bay camp. Maintaining safe, organized facilities on a 15-days-on/13-days-off rotation.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, washrooms, and common areas
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes the health and safety of others
- Clean assigned areas according to Aramark and client standards and requirements
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Follow all established safety regulations and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's licence
- Must be versatile and adaptable
- Previous experience in a remote camp environment is considered an asset
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical hazards and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Courteous attitude

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- WHMIS certification is considered an asset
- Must be able to meet operational requirements
