About the role
- Automation Specialist building production-ready AI workflows, API integrations, and server deployments. Supporting ZIRKEL8’s E-Commerce and mid-market clients with scalable operational automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready automations and AI workflows for clients.
- Integrate APIs across various platforms (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
- Develop n8n workflows and Claude Code skills.
- Deploy code to Linux servers (Docker, SSH).
- Evaluate AI tools and use them in client projects (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Analyze processes and break them down into automatable steps.
- Set up and maintain Notion as an operations hub for clients.
- Create technical documentation and hand it over to clients.
- Work directly with the founder.
Requirements
- You think in processes and can break down complex workflows into automatable steps.
- You are familiar with the current AI tool landscape and know which tool is best suited for each use case.
- You have a technical background and can write code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash).
- You are familiar with servers (SSH, Docker, Linux).
- You can integrate APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
- You use Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI coding tools productively.
- You know Notion and can use it as an operations hub.
- You work independently and deliver results.
- German at native-speaker level.
- Fluent in English.
- Degrees and certifications are not important to us; practical project experience matters.
