About the role
- Implementation Coordinator supporting HR4 software deployments for automotive dealerships. Auditing client setups, managing implementation tasks, and developing HR operations expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support Implementation Consultants with activities required to move clients through the HR4Way process
- Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment
- Audit new setups against checklists for organization, flow, and completeness before handoff
- Support assigned clients while learning HR operations, the employee lifecycle, and Tier 5 organization standards
- Experience dealer culture and how HR operates within dealerships
- Use the Reports & Analytics app to surface insights across the client network
- Take on special projects, such as rerunning reports and bringing recommendations to the team
- Help update resources across the client network
- Maintain daily morning and closing routines and use Jira as the task board
- Plan weekly setup support, audits, and reporting
- Learn and eventually deliver micro-learning sessions
- Learn and apply Claude and client personas to improve work
Requirements
- University graduate, or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Excelled in school and genuinely enjoyed assignments and research
- HR experience, or a keen fondness for learning about HR, HR operations, and software
- Tech-savvy; this is an absolute must
- Ability to pick up new software quickly
- Eye for detail and ability to produce clean, complete, and correct work
- English required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- French is an asset
